Chill Out Man

College can be pretty stressful. You start out the year on a clean slate and you think they year is going to be great! You have all your priorities in line, you're organized and ready to go, then WHAM! You're stacked with homework, and you're stressed to no end and you're feeling overwhelmed.

What can you do to ease this stress?
How can you lift all this weight?

You'll be one stressed out Sylvester all semester

To make sure you're not everywhere all in one place, break up your work in chunks. Write down your schedule and try to get your work done in a certain amount of time.

Also, make sure to get plenty of sleep. Eventually all that homework will pile up if you wait too long. If you end up staying up later than usual, and you have class in 6 hours, 4 hours of sleep is probably your best bet. At least it's some sort of rest.

Lastly, all your stress right now is temporary. The sooner you get your work done, the less you have to worry about. In the end, your end result will be great if you push hard, but don't push your limits. Know when you're over working yourself. Everything will work out in time!

It'll all pay off! Just don't forget why you're doing this. This is for you no body else!
